3. What VAT we process
Personal Data (PID) is any information through which your identity as a specific natural person can be ascertained, directly or indirectly. We necessarily process (ie: collect, manage, store, delete) Personal Data in the course of carrying out our business functions and, often, in the course of our compliance with laws and regulations. 6. How long we keep your personal data
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary, depending on the purpose of processing it and this privacy policy. We may also need to retain your personal data for accounting purposes (legislation related to tax authorities or financial investigation units). If we no longer need TINs we delete them or make them anonymous by removing all details that identify you. If we have asked for your permission (consent) to process your personal data and we have no other legitimate reasons to continue this processing, and you withdraw your consent, we will delete your personal data. However, when you unsubscribe (eg from marketing communications or newsletter), we will retain your email address to ensure that we do not send you any form in the future.
7. Who we share your personal data
We do not disclose or share PII with other companies, organizations and individuals for the purpose of direct or indirect advertising and communication.
We disclose or share PII with third parties in the following cases:

We only process VAT if one of the following legal conditions (legal basis) applies. We determine the legal basis for the processing of Personal Data depending on the purpose for which we have collected and used your personal data. In any case, the legal basis may be:
– CONSENT: the data subject (you) has consented to the processing of personal data (e.g. you have given your consent for us to send you informational messages). You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by contacting us at the details listed in §13 "Contact us".
– IMPLEMENTATION OF A CONTRACT: when the GDPR processing is necessary for the implementation of a contract, where the natural person (you) is a contracting party or to take measures at the request of the natural person before entering into a contract.
– COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW: when the processing is necessary for our compliance with legal requirements (eg labor or tax legislation).
– OUR LEGITIMATE INTERESTS: processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (us) unless the interest or fundamental rights and freedoms of the natural person (you) prevail. – In the event that external partners (for maintenance or support reasons) have, potentially, access to IPC, relevant appendices to the existing cooperation agreements cover the requirements of the Regulation. Throughout the TIN processing cycle (from TIN collection to TIN destruction) we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of TIN. We require similar measures from third parties who handle or process VAT. Our services, products and website are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not, to our knowledge, process the personal data of children under the age of 16. However, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do everything we can to protect your personal data, as part of our cooperation, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data at the stage of transmission, and therefore you provide it at your own risk.
10.Access to your own information
Within the framework of the rights granted to you by the Data Protection Regulation, you can request an update, correction or restriction of the processing or deletion of your personal data (see your rights in detail in Section 8).
